Definition: A disorder characterized by the accumulation of encapsulated or unencapsulated tumor-like fatty tissue resembling LIPOMA.  not neoplastic, for neoplastic see LIPOMA; coordinate IM with precoordinated organ/disease term (IM) if relevant; LIPOMATOSIS, MULTIPLE SYMMETRICAL is also available
