Aromatic-L-Amino-Acid Decarboxylases

Definition: An enzyme group with broad specificity. The enzymes decarboxylate a range of aromatic amino acids including dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA DECARBOXYLASE), tryptophan, and hydroxytryptophan. EC 4.1.1.28.  DF: AAAD
