Cyclic Nucleotide Phosphodiesterases, Type 7

More information in Books or onNLM PubMed
Definition: A cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase subfamily that is highly specific for CYCLIC AMP. Several isoforms of the enzyme type exist, each with its own tissue localization. The isoforms are encoded by at least two genes and are a product of multiple alternative splicing of their mRNAs.      Other names cAMP Phosphodiesterase 7; Phosphodiesterase 7; cAMP Phosphodiesterase-7; Phosphodiesterase-7; PDE7 Phosphodiesterases; Cyclic Nucleotide Phosphodiesterases, Type 7B; Cyclic Nucleotide Phosphodiesterases, Type 7A; Cyclic Nucleotide Phosphodiesterase PDE7 Family
