Neoplasm Grading

Definition: Methods which attempt to express in replicable terms the level of CELL DIFFERENTIATION in neoplasms as increasing ANAPLASIA correlates with the aggressiveness of the neoplasm.  IM general only; coordinate NIM with no qualifers with neoplasm terms/pathol (IM); do not confuse with NEOPLASM STAGING; grading is given in Arabic numerals, staging in Roman numerals
