Definition: Subtype of CLOSTRIDIUM BOTULINUM that produces botulinum toxin type C which is neurotoxic to ANIMALS, especially CATTLE, but not humans. It causes dissociation of ACTIN FILAMENTS.  infection: coordinate IM with BOTULISM (IM)    Other names Clostridium botulinum C
