Esophageal Fistula

Definition: Abnormal passage communicating with the ESOPHAGUS. The most common type is TRACHEOESOPHAGEAL FISTULA between the esophagus and the TRACHEA.  fistula policy: Manual 23.19+; ESOPHAGOTRACHEAL FISTULA see TRACHEOESOPHAGEAL FISTULA is also available
